Dr. Madsen

Dr. Jason Madsen is a highly experienced dentist with a passion for providing exceptional dental care. With over 22 years in private practice, Dr. Madsen has established himself as a trusted dental professional in the Prime Dental Pasco and surrounding communities.

After graduating with honors, Dr. Madsen furthered his expertise through a one-year hospital residency at the University of Utah. This residency not only expanded his knowledge but also exposed him to advanced procedures and techniques, enabling him to provide comprehensive and specialized dental services.

Dr. Madsen takes pride in offering a wide range of dental treatments, including implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and complex dental rehabilitations. Whether it's restoring smiles with dental implants or enhancing aesthetics through cosmetic procedures, Dr. Madsen is dedicated to helping patients achieve their dental goals.

Outside of the dental practice, Dr. Madsen cherishes spending quality time with his wife and their eight children. He is an active member of the community, serving on various boards and giving back through religious service as well.. Dr. Madsen also enjoys various outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, golfing, scuba diving, archery, hiking, and exploring nature.

Dr. Maxfield

Welcome to Prime Dental Pasco Family Dental, where your smile is our priority! Dr. Michael Maxfield is committed to providing exceptional dental care in a family-friendly environment. A proud native of Prime Dental Pasco, Washington, Dr. Maxfield embarked on his journey in dentistry after completing his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and graduating from the esteemed University of Washington Dental School in 2010. As a dedicated family man, Dr. Maxfield understands the importance of a healthy smile for every member of your family. With his warm demeanor and gentle approach, he ensures that patients of all ages feel comfortable and cared for during their dental visits. Outside of the office, Dr. Maxfield cherishes moments spent with his own family, including his loving spouse and five children. Whether hitting the slopes for an exhilarating day of snow skiing or enjoying the serenity of water skiing on a sunny day, he values the bonds created through shared adventures. Dr. Karlson

Dr. Wesley Karlson grew up in Hermiston, Oregon, and graduated from high school in 2001. He then attended Brigham Young University, graduating in 2008, followed by Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his degree in 2013. He completed the US Army’s 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2016 and became certified by the American Board of General Dentistry in 2017.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Karlson entered Active Duty service as an officer and dentist for the US Army, serving from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, he and his wife moved back to the Tri-Cities to raise their four children near family. He began working at Prime Dental Pasco Family Dental as an associate in 2019 and became a partner in January 2021.

Dr. Karlson's favorite aspect of dentistry is helping people learn to manage and value their oral health. He is grateful for the amazing staff at Prime Dental Pasco Family Dental and is committed to continuing to support the thriving community so together we can "Smile Health and Live Happy."

Dr. Ramirez

Dr. Juan Ramirez was born in California and raised in Colima, Mexico. His family immigrated to Yakima, Washington, when he was 15 years old. He graduated from Washington State University in 2016 and from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2019.

Dr. Ramirez enjoys helping and getting to know his patients on a personal level. His main goal is to serve his patients with the highest dental quality while meeting each patient's individual needs.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ramirez enjoys running or biking on the Sacagawea Heritage Trail, staying updated with the latest dental literature, or taking walks with his wife and two kids.
